Yes, all rooms are equipped with private bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and high-end amenities. The Henrietta and Victoria rooms also feature round bathtubs and large walk-in showers. Each room has a separate toilet and a safe.

Some rooms offer views of the sea and the Bay of Saint-Malo. The Henrietta Room, in particular, features a bow window with a sea view—a bright and unique space where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Emerald Coast from your room.

Yes. The DIANA room is specially designed for families: it features a master bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds for the children, comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. A crib and a high chair are available upon request.

No, but the villa stays naturally cool thanks to its Belle Époque architecture and its wooded setting overlooking the sea. Fans are provided in the summer.

The Table d'Hôtes at Villa Haute Guais is the perfect spot. Chef Rémi Ledauphin—formerly of the Michelin-starred kitchen at Le Pourquoi Pas restaurant in Castelbrac, Dinard—offers a unique menu every evening inspired by local market produce: fishermen from the Rance, market gardeners from the Emerald Coast, and partner cheesemakers and winemakers. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an intimate experience shared around a large, convivial table, just like dining at a friend’s house.

The price is €65 per person, excluding drinks. A selection of local and natural wines is available for an additional charge, in partnership with Jus d'Octobre. Prepayment for dinner is required before your visit. A children's menu is available upon request.

The table d'hôtes is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings, by reservation. Guests are invited to arrive between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for an aperitif (in the lounge or in the garden overlooking the sea). Dinner is served afterward and lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

100% homemade, prepared fresh each day. The chef works primarily with local producers from Dinard, Saint-Malo, the Rance region, and the Emerald Coast: cheesemakers, market gardeners, winemakers, and local fishermen. The menu changes every evening depending on the morning’s catch.

Villa Haute Guais is located at 17 Avenue de la Vicomté in Dinard, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a 10-minute drive from Saint-Malo, 15 minutes from the TGV station, and 10 minutes from the Saint-Malo–Dinard–Pleurtuit Airport.

Check-in is available starting at 5:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 p.m. The front desk is closed between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Your hosts live on site and will welcome you personally.

Yes. The villa has private, secure parking on the property, as well as two charging stations for electric vehicles—a rarity among guesthouses on the Emerald Coast.
